Im buying a new computer And it has These specs:

LOL its only 550 So yeah It IS a few hundred bucks

    With those specs you will be able to run GTA IV on low to medium settings. My son’s PC has the same CPU, twice as much RAM, an 8800GT and pretty much matches the rest. He can run GTA IV at medium to high. Your graphics card will be the biggest hindrance. It’s too old for newer games.

    like rdrnnr said, it will play it on about medium setting, depending on what resolution you want. and yes the thing holding you back the most is the graphics card. this PC overall is all older parts so i wouldnt spend more than a few hundred on it
