The minimum requirements of the game is as follows:
Minimum System Requirements
DirectX : 9.0c
Hard Drive Space : 8 GB Free
Operating System : Windows XP/Vista
Processor : Pentium 4 @ 2.4 GHz/AMD Athlon Equivalent
RAM : 1 GB
Video Card : NVIDIA GeForce 6600/ATI 9800 Pro

Is that too much for my PC? i Dont really understand the numbers and letters and if someone could help me thatsd be great.

Is the memory card not good enough? I only used up 22% of RAM so i dont think thats the problem.

I also have GTA San Andres and Empire Earth 2 and they run fine.

I tried to reinstall the game but it still lags pretty badly.

What seems to be the problem? Thanks guys

    The problem is this dude:
    Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator X4500

This is not a gaming graphics card. Its just an on-board integrated graphics meant for display purposes and to play 4-5 years old games. You need atleast a decent budget Dedicated graphics card from ATi or NVIDIA to run it.

You can run Transformers 1 game in medium settings though. Enjoy!

RAM is not going to be your problem. It looks like it may be your graphics card. If I recall correctly, the Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator X4500, is an onboard graphics card. For this game, you may want to go pick up a new Nvidia graphics card, or whatever fits your needs. It could also be the game itself. Some game engines are not the best, and can get really glitchy, even if your computer is the best of the best. For a game like Transformers 2, that is possible. Maybe try lowering the graphic settings of the game. If it stops getting choppy, then it is most likely the game. If continues to stay jittery and choppy, then you may want to pick up a new graphics card.

No its not the RAM and Your PC meets all the requirements of the game except for the graphics card which is onboard and bad. Transformers 2 requires a mid range graphics card like the nvidia 9500gt or the 9600gt which cost around 3500 to 4000 rs to play nicely with no lags.
So, i recommend you to get the nvidia 9600gt so you will be able to play it. By the way you have a great PC and will be even better with the graphics card.
