at first glimpse i would of said PC 2, but after reading it carfully it seems to me like PC 2 has intergrated graphics… this is bad. even thought PC 2 has a quad core, it has no grpahics card. you would have a 16 core CPU but without a graphics card, it would not run the game. on the other hand PC 1 has a card 9400GT which is not the best, but has a dual core CPU.

i would recommend getting PC2, as in the future the quad core will benefit you a lot, and if you are on a budget see if you can scrape together maybe another 50-60 pounds (100-150 dollars, roughly) and buy a graphics card such as the ATI HD4670, this is not an amazing card but if on a budget would be decent.

on the other hand if you are not on a budget and can spend LOADS get the ATI HD5970.. this is a beast and you can see that by the price… $500+

hope this is not too confusing. and hope it helps :)
