    ..Probably not.

    You only have a single-core processor at 2.4GHz and 2GB RAM, not to mention integrated graphics. I’m pretty sure that even if you got COD4 running and opened it would lag immensely.

    CoD4 will run on a fast single core and a decent graphics card.

    You need a “real” graphics card on that PC. Its integrated graphics is slow and would be miserable on many current games. Get at least a 9500GT w/ gddr3. The more expensive cards would be awesome but would need a big power supply.
