The price is suitable thugh I’m not sure weather the processor is strong enough for crisis.

This will be able to run crysis yes, but not on any high graphics.. way to less ram, and a to small processor.. graphic card seems fine tho..

But another time clean up the info.. we just need processor, graphic card, and ram, that should be able to tell us if the computer would be able to run it

It should play Pretty well. You need a powerful CPU and GPU. (This is a guess)

more than likely not its recommended to have at least a 2.8 ghz quad core and u need at least 2gb ddr2 for graphics card
i think the cheapest rig u can buy or build is a little over $600 to run crysis

and this is of course on low setting for crysis

Yes, it will, but most likely not on High or Ultra High settings. I was able to run Crysis on a AMD Athlon dual-core 2.4ghz with 2gb ram & Nvidia GeForce 8600 GT using WinVista. I was able to run it on Medium settings comfortably. If you’re using WinXP, you can probably run the same hardware load-out in High (Vista tends to be a bit of a hog.)

Vista boasts being able to run the extra DX10 stuff, but when I compared it to the regular stuff WinXP can run, I barely noticed any visual difference, but I did notice a huge impact to my system performance. (Same was true when playing Far Cry 2 … minute I switched to DX10, system bogged down for hardly any visual improvement.)

Now, whether the price is good or not … well, you’ll have to shop around to see if that’s really a good deal or not. But I would say Crysis wouldn’t be a problem for it. However, if you’re popping that kind of money just to play Crysis, I’d save my money. PC gaming is drying up; consoles are where all the gaming is at. Unless you’re also planning on doing desktop publishing, audio, video, etc kinds of processor heavy work with the comp, I’d say save your money.

For all the fan-fare, Crysis was not THAT good of a game. The first part was ok, since it was sort of a sneak-n-peak shooter, but the 2nd half gets blown to hell when you have to run around and kill aliens. It’s very annoying. The only thing Crysis seems to be good at is creating a lot of hype and being used as a benchmark for peoples’ computers.
