   quad core is better. This pc is great. It will handle home business and some pc gaming. Its a good make so i would suspect its a reliable enough machine for what you’re looking for

   Everything should run fine on that system! Quad-core is great for multitasking so if you do run a lot of multi-threaded applications at what it can be a great thing to have in your system! I personally have a dual core but I’m a gamer and I don’t really need the extra cores.

   in Quad core processors basically diff. cores perform diff task

   An example based on a gaming environment would be: while one core is taking care of graphics, another can handle physics calculations, and another looks after artificial intelligence, and so on.
