WoW doesn’t need a great PC to play. That video card is definitely on the low end – you can buy it for about $20.
That computer will be plenty fast for WoW.
If you don’t mind mail order (NewEgg is great) and mail-in rebate, this is a better computer for $10 cheaper (and less shipping): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227238. Core i3 is a great budget CPU, GT 220 is better than 210, and 700W vs. 480W power supply, which will come in handy if you ever decide up upgrade the video card. I also like the little handle on the top of the case…
