Why do I always get Car Sick?

When i’m in the car, I feel hot and dizzy. Sometimes I feel like a have to puke, and the Seat belt wrapping around my stomach isn’t helping.

My mom has the same issue, She said she would take Tylenol pills with her to stop her headaches.. I would honestly ask her but she isn’t home right now sorry i wasn’t much help..
