Which is better to wrap my car around: a tree or a light pole?

I just found out that I may have to take 30 additional hours to get my history post-bacc as opposed to the one I was just supposed to need at this point.

    light poles are designed to do less damage to your vehicle… so NOT the tree. But additional school years/hours is not the end of the world… What would you prefer? Being out in the real world and having a carreer with responsabilities and the such…?
