where would you relievethe tension on the alternator belt on an 87 lincoln town car?

the belt wraps around the alternator,power steering pump,fan clutch and right below that a clutch that right behind it is another clutch for the second belt. nothing looks adjustable and i cant find any bolts that look like the tension adjuster i have no clue how to loosen the belt up.

    Loosen the alternator. It should be able to slide up and down.
