tips on making a RUBBER BAND-POWERED CAR(vehicle)?

I have to make a rubber band-powered car for my school engineering fair. it has to move at least 3ft. and the only source of power is one rubber band to make it go(usually wrapped around the wheels) Im not allowed to use already manufactured cars, but can use manufactured parts. Any ideas of what to make it out of ? Has any one made one these…tips or websites please!
