Regarding car audio, is it a bad thing to wrap crossovers in a bag, with no air to breath?

This might be a silly question, but I’d like to ask anyways. On my MINI 2010, the best place my installer and I could find to place my crossovers for my front speakers was inside the door frames – where a small amount of liquid is possible (i.e. rain, snow). Right now, it is wrapped in a bag and taped shut. Will this be a problem?

    that will be fine.crossovers do not produce much heat.

    totally coool. done it myself and many install shops do that. not much heat as dragon says above.
