My car makes a funny noise when I start it?

So I started my car today and heard a really loud rattling kind of noise.
I stopped the car and checked under the hood and saw that there’s broken red and yellow cords and the black plastic covers for them wrapped around the back of the fan. There’s broken pieces of black plastic in my car and all over the road…..doesn’t look too good :(

Anyone know what it is and how much its gonna cost me?

    Probably gonna cost you about a grand.

    Now that the shock is over, get it to a mechanic and find out what really happened and get it fixed.
    I doubt it will cost that much.
