My sis is in China teaching English for a couple of months. I want to send her birthday present in the mail (some clothes, magazines, make-up, girl stuff) and I want to draw a few pictures of our favorite sci-fi characters on the back envelope (it’ll be a standard yellow bubble wrap mailer).

Will the post office accept a package like this? I know that normally they request you black out any numbers, stickers, logos, or other markings on a package before mailing it… but what about drawings on the back that don’t interfere with the important information like the postage sticker, address, customs declaration forms, etc?

As long as they can clearly see the To and From part of the envelope.

~~They will accept any package decorated as long as the mailing label (address and return address) is clearly marked.~~
