Where can I find door decals for an automatic/handicaped door?

I work at a physical therapy office where our front door is automatic. We have a circular decal on the front saying “Caution Automatic Door” as well as another sticker handicapped sticker. Does anyone know where I can get these from? They’re old, sun dyed and cracked now so I’d like to get new ones. However, they’re so old that no one who works here now was around when we got them. I tried ebay and typical places like home-depot, but cant find any. Thanks!
