where can i design custom stickers for my snowboard??

i guess the stickers would have to be water resistant, probably like vynil, and preferably wont fade over time.

    depends on whether your comps a mac or PC. mines a mac.
    if you have a mac use appleworks. if its a PC use word. design your stickers using the drawing / painting feature. then get some very special paper (so special its not even technically paper) that has a sticker quality ( like you can peel the adhesive away form the backing) and make sure the sticker part is actually plastic, not paper
