Heat it up with a hair drier and peal it off.
The paint under it will be brighter than the rest if it has been there for a long time.
Home Depot sell a solvent that will remove the sticky residue left over or Walmart sells Goof Off

Let it sit in the sun to warm the glue up and it will be easier to remove.
You can also pull it into the garage and use a hair dryer on high heat.

work the sticker loose at a edge and slowly remove it as you heat it up.

The paint under the sticker may be better looking than the rest of the hood, depending on how long the sticker has been on there.

If there is a glue left on the clear coat, simply use a soft damp cloth and warm water with some soap to scrub it off, carefull here so you dont scratch the paint

Use a heat gun and peel it off. Be sure not to heat too much as it could mark the paint.

The hair dryer idea is a good one. However, DO NOT USE GOOF OFF! It will ruin the paint. Use Goo Gone, instead. It is citrus based, and won’t harm most paints.

    Good luck,

yes… heat it up w/ drier and then peel it off. Or just simply peel it off…
    Or use Goo Gone.

it’ll leave a huge mark on there regardless of any method you use.
But, thats OK, it’s a easy fix.

Then, go buy some “Scratch Doctor” clear coating, apply on the scratch mark. Let it dry, wipe it off, then you’ll have a clean and shine hood.

Of course, wash ur hood b4 u do anything.
