My sound and graphics drivers need to be updated. The problem is, is that it was a custom built computer a good 2-3 years ago. I have long since lost all the details of the computer and when I took out the graphics card I couldn’t find any name brand on the card itself. I did however find a couple stickers with some numbers which is my guess the model number but I still don’t know who made it.

If even searching the model or serial numner in yahoo.com doesn’t find anything, then chances are you’ve got either an ATI or Nvidia card. Just go and download drivers from each site…and install. Whichever one works will tell you.
