Can I tint my rear window if I have a parking decal on the outside?

I have a sticker that allows me to park on city streets on the outside of my rear window and I am thinking about tinting my five windows. Do I have to take off the parking decal or can they work around it?

    Window tint goes on the inside of the window.

    We can heat shrink around it but it would be best to remove the decal.
